Let’s just take a breath together - Franklyn Sills

I have qualified in a number of therapies, (see CV) mainly related to bodywork but my focus is now on Biodynamic Cranio Sacral therapy and Compassionate Inquiry

With its roots in osteopathy, this is a non-invasive therapy which involves a connection between practitioner and client that allows the physical and energetic patterns of our systems the space and time to re organise when ready and to gently release trauma and conditioning. I have recently finished a year long training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr Gabor Mate which I use in conjuction with BCST.

BCST may be effective in producing a deep sense of relaxation and helping conditions that arise out of the stresses of everyday life, such as body tension, aches and pains, digestive problems etc.  It may also help with babies and children and is becoming increasingly available in clinics. Compassionate Inquiry can help us to un derstand and resolve trauma. The combination of both offer a powerful, relational mind b ody healing. Come home to yourself with a deeply relaxing session.

First session £40 for 1.5 hours. Sessions thereafter £40 1 hour.

Please contact me for further information or to make an appointment. You can call me on 01326 318776

I currently work from home and can offer a clinic appointment in central Falmouth if preferred.
