What do you need to bring with you?
Sorry if this sounds obvious to you, as a well seasoned camper, but I write from experience.
Your reliable tent and bedding.
Please note that whilst SURYA is of course going to have wonderful weather, it does get windy and rainy in Cornwall from time to time. The teaching spaces are all undercover but you need to be warm and snug too. It may also be really hot – bring sunscreen.
Your cooking equipment and some food.
We will only have simple catering onsite and we recommend that you are able to self cater. There is a major town (Falmouth) nearby, if you need supplies.
A torch or lantern
There is no electricity available onsite, you may have the benefit of stars.
Swimming costumes.
If it’s really hot you may want to check out the stunning local beaches and - we ask that if you are using the hot tubs please consider other people’s children and wear your swimmers where appropriate.
