I am fully insured as a yoga teacher/trainer and therapist. I am  committed to Continuing Professional development and am starting to train in Internal family systems this year in addition to going through the rigorous re certification process for Compassionate Inquiry. I am looking forwards to seeing how my recent studies integrate with the yoga and therapy.

Spinning (Guild of spinners and weavers), Weaving for the last couple of years. Slowly developing a body of work from the ground up and enquiring into extinction and the anthropocene. Selling shawls and launch  of ’13 looms project’ teaching women to weave a cloth for themselves. Warp and Weft of being retreats.  Regular writing practice.

Freelance Artist / Tate Gallery St Ives. Piloting language projects, involving production of ‘Fragments’ and poetry to be used in the gallery to access works of art through linguistics. Devising workshops in response to current displays for all ages, particularly children from 4 – 11
and adults. My strength lies in my experience and the ability to respond quickly and creatively
using a wide range of techniques and media to reflect the ability and interest of the group.
I am interested in giving others the confidence to generate and work with, their own ideas.

1996 – 1998Animateur / Royal Cornwall Museum. Running curriculum-linked workshops for junior school children based on the collection.
1993 –1997Project Leader / Annexe Arts. Conceived and developed community arts project for adults with special needs. Responsible for obtaining funding (in partnership with Cornwall College this continues to be a successful project).
